Very Berry Cherry - Fruited Sour Ale

“Hej Norge, trevligt att brygga med dig!” - We teamed up with our friends from Norway, the infamous Amundsen Bryggeri, which resulted in a split batch double release. The same wort was split in half to make a Hazy IPA with Verdant yeast and Lotus dry-hop on the one side, and a fruited sour ale with Philly Sour and loads of cherry and blackcurrant on the other. The residual sweetness and the colour of this balanced sour ale reminds us of a hip smoothie at 5.6% ABV. Smooth, sour, fruity!
