Winter IPA

Welcome back Winter IPA! The days are shorter, the nights are colder and the mountains are covered in snow, this calls for the legendary Winter IPA! This year’s variety comes with a new dry hopping approach with Simcoe, Citra and Azacca hop varieties. As always, the style is somewhere between West and East Coast, with a balanced bitterness and dryness. Get your winter gear out of the cellar, grab a cold one and get to the mountains!
